Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are sure that you will love your A Beautiful Sign product, however if in the unlikely event, that you would like to return your purchase please contact us immediately by email to arrange a return or exchange.
Unfortunately products that have been made specific to your requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered) or have been personalised can not be returned unless faulty or the order is incorrect and ABS have admitted fault.
Also orders that have been placed specific to your requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered) or have been personalised can not be CANCELLED after 24 hours.
We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. Extra care must be taken when submitting your personalisation instructions. The cost of re making and re issuing in this event will be charged to the customer.
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are correct. We are in no respect responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. The cost of re issuing the parcel will be charged direct to the customer.
On Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect the goods immediately to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and all details are correct as per order sheet submitted.
- You may return or exchange faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be in their original packaging and must not have been displayed, damaged or altered in any way. If the above terms are adhered to a full refund will be given.
- We advise that you return goods to us using either Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service obtaining proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods which get lost or damaged in transit.
- Goods must be returned at your expense unless agreed otherwise by our customer service team.
- Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to our Customer Services Team and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
